Important Information: Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
Eligibility

The HAF programme is available to children receiving benefit-related free school meals. None HAF eligible (None Free School Meal) children can also attend by purchasing a place.

Evidence of eligibility must be provided prior to attending the camp.

Booking Deadline
To attend the camp on the following day, bookings must be made by 12:00 PM the day before.

Parents/carers will not be permitted to enter the facility, including the waiting area. Please take this into account if your child may need settling support.

Drop-off and pick-up:

Collection will take place at the front entrance and children will be handed over to a nominated adult.

Full policies and risk assessments are available upon request.

Lunch Provision
As part of the HAF programme, a hot dinner
will be provided at no cost.

Please ensure you inform us during the registration process if your child has any food allergies or dietary requirements, so we can cater accordingly.

All activities are led by qualified, experienced coaches dedicated to delivering a fun and safe experience for every child.

By booking a place, you are agreeing to all camp policies, which are available online at www.winnrsport.com.
